- Requirements: Sierra Army Depot has a requirement for the following item(s): Purchase and Installation of Solar Railroad Signs Set Asides: This procurement is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339950. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 & 19.5, Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is October 5, 2011. The Anticipated award date is October 25, 2011. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
