- City, State: Homer Alaska Delineated Area: The city of Homer, AK as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau at factfinder.census.gov ABOA Rentable square footage Required: 1953 Space Type: Office Parking spaces 7 Full Term 1 Options to renew 4 Expression of interest due October 19, 2011 Solicitation October 20-Nov 21, 2011 Occupancy estimated December 2011 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement.
