- Signed Limited Sources Justification Letter for DLT Solutions LLC. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE IAW FAR 6.305(a): The 673rd Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska has awarded a sole source purchase order to DLT Solutions LLC. DLT Solutions LLC will be providing license renewals to existing AutoCAD equipment currently in use on base. This purchase has been made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The award date was 30 Sep 2011.
