- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is looking to procure a modification of the Navy Lakehurst Support Equipment Staging Facility Data Base (NLSESFDB) upgrading the Unique Identification DataIUID) source data to the next level required by DOD policty (DFARS 211.274) and fulfull mandated FIPS 140 and 802.11l DOD security requirements as as updates to the applications and databases, modify Oracle Database, Client Desktop program, user interface, and C#.Net handheld program as required. System support troubleshooting problems with wireless network, handhelds, user interface, applications, and corrective measures to keep the system operational. Acquire physical support to upgrade present software applications systems.This is a sole source to General Dynamics One Source LLC, Fairfax, VA.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) Database. The internet website is http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ccringq or www.ccr.gov. It is mandatory to register with the CCR as your Duns Number(Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF); information available in FAR Clause 5252.232-9513. Additional information required: Cage Code, Duns Number, Tax ID Number, Payment Terms, Delivery schedule, Delivery charges if applicable, GSA contract number if applicable, Business size, and Email address.
