- NSNs of Target Population with Est. Annual Demands The solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for multiple NSNs for competitive items for Federal Stock Classes 3110/3120. The solicitation contains a target quantity of 248 NSNs with possible 237 NSNs as an add-on population. There will be a firm fixed price one-year base period of performance with four one-year option periods, for a total period of performance of five years. Ordering minimum and maximum quantities will be cited in the solicitation document along with delivery requirements. Inspection/Acceptance requirements for each NSN will be cited in the solicitation. FOB is Destination. Evaluation will be line by line-offerors may price as many items as desired. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation scheduled release date is October 17, 2011. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. An Excel spreadsheet for pricing will be provided with the solicitation. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian via email at DSCR.Biddesk@dla.mil. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage ( https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil ). Select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
