- Environmental Compliance Program, AFP 42 Sites 3 & 4 J&A The Air Force will issue modifications to contract F33657-00-L-2054 to provide environmental compliance, remediation and restoration services to fulfill Air Force Obligations under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) and the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP) at Air Force Plant 42 Sites 3 & 4. These services will include construction projects, environmental reports and environmental testing.
