- AFMC Form 158 - Packaging Requirements DD Form 1653 - Transportation data Solicitation for FA8517-12-Q-35283 This requirement is for the procurement of Electrical Calibrators. NSN: 6625-01-481-1244RH; PN 5520A/AF. Production qty: 3ea. Destination: Foreign Military Sales to Korea. Delivery schedule: No later than April 30, 2012. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 3 October 2011 with approximate response date of 20 October 2011. All responsible sources may submit a quotation.
