- Subject to the Availability of Funds The St Louis Job Corps is requesting quotes for trash removal services for the 4333 Goodfellow campus and the 3860 Lindell campus. The quoted prices shall be for 2 year base and 3 one year options. The Center is seeking a vendor to provide trash pickup services as follows: 3860 Lindell Site: One 4 yard trash dumpster picked up twice a week (Tuesday & Friday*) 4333 Goodfellow Site: Two 4 yard dumpsters picked up three times a week (Mon, Wens, Fri*) Four 8 yard dumpsters picked up three times a week (Mon, Wens, Fri*) One 2 yard dumpster picked up twice a week (Tuesday & Friday*) One 8 yard recycling material dumpster picked up once a week (Wens*) Two 20 yard rolloffs exchanged out on demand *Pickup days and times are negotiable Contractor shall furnish containers and will insure that supplied containers are kept in good repair, painted, clean, and free from odors, insects, & pests. Dumpsters shall be metal with hinged lids at the openings. Contractor shall locate containers as directed by the Director of Administrative Services or his/her designee. Contractor shall insure containers are emptied and refuse is transported from the Center without strewing or littering the Center. Pricing for proposed quotes shall be no higher than what would be quoted to "best" commercial customers and/or to agencies of the United States. Quotes shall fully disclose any fuel surcharges, disposal fees, taxes, or any other charges, if any. Vendors will provide a sample of a monthly billing statement. Vendors will include copies of insurance, experience, current customer list, and any applicable licenses or permits. The St Louis Job Corps Center reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Lowest pricing or overall bid does not constitute a bid award. The Center will be the sole judge of which offer is selected for approval. Any agreements may be terminated with respect to the remaining term of the agreement, at any given time by either party upon a written notice to the other effective thirty (30) days after acknowledged receipt of said notice. This service is subject to the provisions of the Service Contract Act where contractors and all subcontractors must comply with the current Department of Labor Area Wage Determination. Quotes must be received in the Purchasing Department, St Louis Job Corps, 4333 Goodfellow Blvd, St. Louis MO 63120 by October 28, 2011 at which time they will be reviewed. Quotes sent by email are acceptable. Contractor notification of selection will be on October 31, 2011. Anticipated install date is approximately December 1, 2011. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the St. Louis Job Corps Center between the hours of 8:00 am through 4:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
