- This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and four one-year options. This acquisition is authorized under PR: IQC11269009071covering NSN: 1270-01-501-9045. This NSN is coded as 1/Q, with manufacturers listed as Honeywell (07187) P/N: 8521858-38, and GE Aviation (35012) P/N: D5742200000-24. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Ship-to locations are in the Continental US. This NSN is NOT coded as CSI, Commercial, or Critical. Delivery is requested in 292 days. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. The solicitation is estimated to open on 10/18/2011 and close on 11/18/2011. The solicitation quantities will be requested as follows: Guaranteed minimum (BASE YEAR ONLY): 10 EA, Minimum stock delivery order: 10 EA, Maximum stock delivery order: 40 EA, Estimated annual quantity: 40 EA, Maximum annual quantity: 79 EA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) Provisions will be included in the package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation open date is 3/11/2011.
