- The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a requirement for variable frequency drive (VFD) preventative maintenance at its Frank Hagel Federal Building located at 1221 Nevin Avenue in Richmond, California. SSA seeks qualified small businesses who can perform these services on an annual basis for a base plus four option year contract.
