- Market Research Questionnaire, Life Coach Services (LCP Program), FCC Terre Haute, IN The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The projected requirement is for the provision of Life Coach Services as part of the Life Connections Program at the Federal Correctional Complex located at Terre Haute, IN. Services will be provided for the inmate population on-site in the Religious Services Department. The requirement is for an estimated 30 sessions (a session being defined as 1 hour in duration) to be performed on-site weekly. It is anticipated that a resulting contract will consist of a base year plus four (4) additional one year option periods. Each yearly contract period will consist of an estimated 1,500 one (1) hour sessions. The individual will assist the Chaplain Program Manager with coordinating programs, developing schedules and facilitating LCP classes to include workshops and seminars as well as performing other related duties to facilitate and meet program goals. Work hours will generally be during weekdays with some evening and weekend hours possibly required.
