- J&A Alexandrite Laser Notice of Intent for Sole Source of Alexandrite Laser Pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.302-1, the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to 3T Federal Solutions in the amount of $62,975.00 to purchase the Alexandrite Laser for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. 3T Federal Solutions is the only authorized distributor of the Alexandrite Laser to the Federal Government. This piece of equipment is the only piece of equipment that can meet the customers needs. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist; Ms. Christina McMurtry, christina.mcmurtry@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
