- Limited Source Justification SDDCTEA is required to study and report on strategic mobility and distribution enhancements to the Joint community. This effort requires SDDCTEA to retain the services of a single source who has provided analytical and technical expertise from inception/acceptance of the mission. Retention of these services,from the existing source,ensures a level of continuity necessary to meet US Army and SDDCTEA objectives.
