- Description
- The Government awarded a fixed priced task order contract to Logistics Management Insitutue (LMI) GSA Schedule Contractor GS-00F-0028M. The period of performance is from date of award through September 29, 2015. This evaluation effort will address the short and long-term performance of the energy retrofits funded by HUD through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, looking at cost, implementation and energy consumption savings following completion of retrofits. The four objectives are: Estimate the energy saved by the program Grantees performing cost effective energy retrofits; validate the energy savings estimate through site vists and surveys; refine the energy savings estimate based on the results of the validation efforts and prepare a consolidate report.
