- Furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to clean the Supervisor's Office and Warehouse located in Custer, Custer County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Services includes the building's interior and exterior, outside walkways, and parking areas. The Supervisor's Office consists of three pods and two levels and contains approximately 22,000 square feet of carpeted floors and approximately 1200 square feet of hard surface floors. The Warehouse contains approximately 2500 square feet of carpeted floors and approximately 700 square feet of hard surface floors. Snow removal will be required for outside sidewalks, stairs, loading docks, ramps, and parking spaces designated for persons with disabilities. Services will run from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. This is a base year contract with three option years. The solicitation will be posted on the website by October 18, 2011.
