- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy TechnologyLaboratory (NETL), is conducting a Market Survey to identify capable 8(a) certified business entities with Model Integration (CMMI) for Development (CMMI-DEV) level 2 or higher interested in providing on-site Information Technology (IT) Support for NETL. For the purpose of this source sought market research, NETL will not consider a Joint Venture (JV) entity (or other teaming arrangements) unless the JV is already approved and certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a certified 8(a) business entity capable of proposing on 8(a) set aside actions. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and NO contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.
