- THis is the J&A for the COCESS four month bridge contract. This notice is for informational purposes only. The 27 Special Operations Contracting Squadron has awarded a contract to CC Distributors Inc. for the purpose of a bridge contract to perform COCESS operations for a period of four months. This award was made with the justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). The Justification is attached.
