- Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Middleton, Wisconsin Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 6 years for approximately 6,766 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of warehouse and related space. The Government presently occupies 6,766 RSF at 8551 Research Way, Middleton, Wisconsin which expires November 30, 2011 under GSA lease number GS-05B-16265. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease at the existing location. Delineated Area: S - Old Sauk Rd.; W - Pleasant View Rd.; N - University Ave.; E - West Beltline Hwy. Lease Term/Occupancy: Six years by December 1, 2011. Expressions of interest must be received no later than October 17, 2011 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
