- Video Editing Workstation Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number F4AB001216A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111. The business size standard is 1000 Employees. Contract Identification Line Item (CLINs) is identified below. CLIN 0001: Video Editing Workstation (see attached specification sheet). Must be fully compatible with adobe Photoshop CS-5. **** Offerors shall submit documentation demonstrating that they meet all the attached specifications and submit all applicable literature with their quote. EVALUATION FACTORS: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical-Capability 2. Price Technical Capability: Offeror’s video editing system will be evaluated against the attached specifications on a pass/fail basis.
