- The Contract Department of NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation number for this Request for Proposal is N00244-12-R-0001. A SEPERATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FROM THIS SITE ON October 6, 2011. The Government is looking for marine services to support operations of the Navy Anti-Small Craft Barrier (ASCB) at Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL), Naval Base Coronado (NAB), and Naval Base San Diego (NBSD). Requiring Activity is Commander Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW) Port Operations Program. Requirement Description: The contractor shall provide all supervision, administrative and technical support, labor, and shall schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of all services for Operation and Inspection of ASCB. The NAICS Code is 488330. The award resulting from this solicitation will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The contract will consist of a one-year base period of performance followed by four one-year options. The Government plans to award the contract on the basis of competition amongst Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) contractors using FAR Part 15. Proposals by other contractors will NOT be considered.
