- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Knox intends to issue a request for quotations (RFQ) to provide meals, lodging and conference support for attendees to the US Army Special Operations Recruiting Battalion Annual Training Conference (ATC) to be held 3-6 November 2011 in Savannah, GA. The contractor shall furnish food, facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 721110. All responsible sources may submit a quote. The RFQ will be posted to the FedBizOpps.com website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 3 October 2011 with quotes due on or about 11 October 2011. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist and may be faxed to MICC Center Knox, Attn: Nathalie Riley at (502) 624-7165 or (502) 624-5869, or emailed to nathalie.riley@us.army.mil by 5:00 PM EST, 3 October 2011.
