- 30 September 2011Solicitation Number: N65236-10-R-0033Title: System of Systems Engineering and Integration Description: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends toissue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of System of SystemsEngineering and Integration support services. The anticipated contract is for services for the Government production facilitylocated at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC-LANT) inCharleston, SC to fabricate and deliver integrated systems, or otherequipment, for installation at shore facilities or onboard ships or othertacticalplatforms. The products and services include production execution, productionengineering, and production management to fabricate, assemble, test, inspect,and deliver integrated systems and other C5ISR equipment. Programs to besupported include but are not limited to: Common Submarine Radio Room(CSRR), Tactical Operations Intercommunications Network (TOCNET), NavalTactical Command Support System (NTCSS), and Deployable Mission Modules.Taskings under this contract will include: Production Management, ProductionEngineering, and Production Execution. The applicable NAICS code is 541330 with a size standard of $27 Million. TheGovernment estimate for this solicitation is approximately $667.4 Million. Thisis a follow-on to N65236-08-D-2835 with Stanley Associates (now CGI, Federal).The Government anticipates award of a single award, indefinite delivery,indefinite quantity (IDIQ), performance-based contract that will provide fortheissuance of cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and firm fixed pricetask orders. The period of performance includes a base period of one year andtwo one-year option periods. The procurement will be conducted under full andopen competitive procedures. The estimated release date for the formal RFP isOctober 2011.
