- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4625-11-Q-0075. This aqusistion is small business set-aside. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $14.0 Million, NAICS 562910. All offers are to remain valid until 30 November 2011. Basis for Award: The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. This requirement is for Range Cleaning at Whiteman Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is provided for installation's FY12 execution plan, pending congressional approval of the FY12 Appropriations Bill. ***** ONLY 1 SITE VISIT WIL BE MADE AVIALIABLE - 06 October 2011 at 0900 ***** PLEASE RESPOND NLT 05 OCT 11 WITH NAME, DRIVER LICENSE# AND STATE, FOR SITE VISIT Please use the attached bid schedule. This solicitation is for a base year plus two additional option years. The contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to perform lead and hazardous waste decontamination, clean-up, removal and disposal from the Combat Arms firing ranges, Bldg 1235 and 1239, Whiteman AFB. See attached copy of Statement of Work for specific requirements. Delivery: Service is required to begin NLT 24 October 2011.
