- The US Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer - Henderson Hall Department of Public Works has a requirement to waterproof Building 59, Fort McNair, Washington, DC. MICC, JBM-HH, Contracting Office intends to award an 8(a) sole source contract to Global Construction and Mechanical, LLC, 5515 Wilkins Ct, Rockville, MD 20852. This is an 8(a) small business requirement. A sole source, firm fixed price contract is anticipated in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is Z199, the SIC Code is 1542 and the NAICS Code is 238190. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
