- Description
- Rehabilitation of 15-ton gantry crane at Old Hickory Powerhouse (Sumner County, Tennessee). The crane shall be modernized and rehabilitated to ensure safe and reliable operation during upcoming maintenance work. The crane shall have its wire rope, controls, lights, control wiring, power wiring, motors, seals, couplings and brakes replaced. In addition, its reducers, drums, and drive systems shall be inspected and serviced and the entire crane shall be repainted. The crane shall be recertified to the original 15-ton rating via acceptance and load testing.
