- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to Computer Science Corporation (CSC), the current holder of the Development Effort Consolidation Contract (DECC). This contract was competitively awarded in August 2010 using the Enterprise System Development (ESD) IDIQ vehicle to CSC. Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to modify the DECC contract to support the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) requirements for the Hospital Value Based Purchasing (HVBP) and Physicians Quality Reporting Systems (PQRS) currently being done under DECC. The modification of the current DECC contract will provide additional application development support for the HVBP and PQRS.
