- The following clarifications are noted for Synopsis W912BV-11-R-0075 as a result of questions: Section 3 labeled "SELECTION CRITERIA" paragraph (a) states: "Firms must include a Quality Assurance and Management plan with the SF 330 submittals, include a list of testing capabilities for the primary laboratory and secondary laboratories which will be used to accomplish the soil, rock, and materials testing under this contract as part of the SF330 submittals". Please delete this sentence. Paragraph (a) states: "Firms must be compliant with ASTM C 1077, ASTM D 3740, ASTM D 3666, and ASTM E 329. Firms shall provide documentation demonstrating compliance with these specifications as part of the SF 330 submittal". Please submit this information as an appendix and will be excluded from page count. Section 4 "Submittal Requirements" paragraph f states: "a maximum of 10 projects for the total proposed team (including the prime and consultants) shall be provided. Use no more than one (1) page per project". Both individual stand-alone projects and USACE IDIQ contracts will be counted as a single project.
