- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for proposal number is W9127S-11-R-0035. All applicable clauses and provisions are located on the ftp site(s) noted below including 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and all other terms and conditions of the RFP. Additionally, all Contract Line Item Number(s), Description of requirements, date(s) and place(s) for delivery are listed in the documents located on the ftp site(s). NAICS Code for this requirement is 337127. This is a Small Business Set Aside Acquisition. The intention is to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. There is no DPAS rating associated with this acquisition. The U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan has a requirement for the Initial Outfitting Commodities for SACO Replacement Hospital and Annexes. The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose technical proposal conforms to all solicitation requirements and offers the lowest price. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: (1) Team Qualifications, (2) Past Performance and (3) Price.
