- The following provides additional clarification for Offerors responding to the MRMUAS BAA, RFP, Solicitation Number: N00019-11-R-0089. 1) Offerors shall disregard using the following 2 documents contained in the unclassified "MRMUAS Technical Bidders library CD" for purpose of this solicitation. These documents are pre-decisional at this time. a) Document Name: "Medium Range Maritime Unmanned Aerial System (MRMUAS) AoA CONOPs Assumptions/Constraints"; E-FILE Name: "Placeholder for Draft MRMUAS AoA CONOPS v02" b) Document Name: "INTERFACE DESCRIPTION DOCUMENT For AIR VEHICLE TO GROUND For The VTUAV Program"; E-FILE Name "393_8000_115P_A2GIDD" With respect to the INTERFACE DESCRIPTION DOCUMENT (IDD), you are further instructed not to open or utilize this document. Do not further disseminate and destroy all copies of the IDD document, including the CD. Please send an email to the Government PCO indicating you have complied with this direction. 2) The following provides clarification for determining the classification of data for submission to this solicitation. The DD-254 that was provided to Offerors, provides incomplete instruction on "how to properly classify data" that is submitted in response to this solicitation and is augmented as follows: The Offerors must use the PEO(U&W) Memo titled "Medium Range Maritime Unmanned Aerial System (MRMUAS) Interim Security Classification Guide (SCG)" which is being distributed by hard copy to all vendors that have requested either the technical Library CD or the Classified CD (contingent upon cage code approval). The second document that must be used, referenced in the PEO Memo, titled "Vertical Takeoff and Landing Tactical Unmanned Air Vehicle (VTUAV) SCG, ID#2B-241" was distributed as an electronic file contained in the unclassified MRMUAS Bidder's Library CD. This e-file is located in the folder titled "Interim VTUAV Security Class Guide and Anti Tamper Guide" and the PDF file name is "VTUAV SCG - Signed 9-11-09"
