Acquisition to be solicited on a 100% small business set aside basis utilizing full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The quantity size is 367 pieces with 100% quantity option. FOB Destination to Stock Location. Inspection and acceptance point is destination. Item is not commercial off the Shelf. Quantity variance is zero. Critical application item applies. Requested Delivery is 135 days. Automated best value system (ABVS) will apply. Offers will be evaluated based on price, past performance and other evaluation factors as cited in the solicitation.
