This item is manufactured by QioptizLTD, CAGE K6111, P/N 034533. Solicited is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Required delivery is 245 days ARO. The item is a Critical Item. It is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is November 15, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
