- Furnish and install one each DITMCO MODEL 2503 WITH 10K SSC, Secondary Switching Console and 111 Series 25 Conductor at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. Negotiations to be conducted solely with DIT-MCO International, based on statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as cited in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a written solicitation, not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date/time will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic inquiries. Send all requests for solicitation to peggy.echols@us.army.mil.
