- Subject to the Availability of Funds The St Louis Job Corps is requesting quotes for a cost per copy plan consisting of 13 MULTI-FUNCTION NETWORK COPIERS under the GSA schedule 36 category 51-100C. The Center is seeking a cost per copy plan for MFDs to include all maintenance and supplies (except paper). The MFDs must have the ability to connect to the Center network for printing & scanning capabilities, have fax boards, have multiple paper trays including a large capacity 8 ½ X 11 paper tray, and have multi-position automatic stapling. Features such as duplexing, reduction/enlargement, collating, auto document feeder, capable of copying on 100# index, and access codes should be standard. The cost per copy plan is to include all equipment, supplies, maintenance (parts and repair) with 12 hour turn around after a service call is placed. The Center is asking for 1 free move per device over the length of term. Cost per copy term will be a 2 year base period plus 3 one year options. The equipment configuration is for 12 devices located on the 4333 Goodfellow campus and for one device located on the 3860 Lindell campus. All MFDs must be brand new out of the box. No used, remanufactured, or gray market devices. Nine of these devices are Band 2 volumes (5,000-15,000) with a cpm of 40 or better. Two of these devices will have color printing capabilities. Four devices are Band 3 volumes (15,000-30,000) with a cpm of 60 or better. One of these devices will have color printing capabilities. Quotes must be received in the Purchasing Department, St Louis Job Corps, 4333 Goodfellow Blvd, St. Louis MO 63120 by October 8, 2011 at which time they will be reviewed. Quotes sent by email are acceptable. Contractor notification of selection will be on October 10, 2011. Anticipated install date is approximately November 1, 2011. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the St. Louis Job Corps Center between the hours of 8:00 am through 4:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
