- Description
- The Contractor shall provide labor, material, transportation, equipment, and supervision to perform associated repairs and renovations to Bldg. 27 as to achieve a functional administrative and training space in support of the PWD NWCF Personnel Requirements. The work shall include but not be limited to the following items (see the Statement of Work for full scope): demolition and disposal, architectural framing and finishes, structural (cut openings and provide lintels for new openings in CMU), mechanical (install new DX HVAC system), electrical (install electrical service to the area: lighting, receptacles, switches, etc.), fire suppression (replace existing sprinkler heads and adapt to new finished ceiling), and store front doors (remove existing roll-up garage door and install new store front doors). Bldg. 27, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida. Two Options include renovations and repairs to the building exterior and construction of a training room within the Garage space.
