- RECOVERY. THIS AWARD NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This award was made to the IDIQ firm of AIC General Contractor, 2703 G Broadbent Parkway, Albuquerque, NM 87107. Task Order GS-P-07-11-5004, Contract GS-07P-11-HH-D-0024, was awarded in the amount of $2,837,131 (Base Award plus Options 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6). This opportunity was the result of a competitive procurement only made available to the Region 7 General Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for New Mexico (Zone 1). This project is listed as a construction effort, the purpose of which is to re-construct the existing landscape at the Pete V. Domenici U.S. Courthouse (NM0050ZZ), Albuquerque, NM, such that it becomes a more sustainable feature in terms of water and energy conservation and future maintenance effort and cost. An additional and integral goal for the project will include certification by the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) as a Sustainable Landscape project. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) of 236220 and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) of Z111.
