- Name Brand Justification for Xerox Printers RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. This requirement is awarded as delivery order GS-P-08-11-JA-0072 under Federal Supply Schedule Contract GS-35F-0218M to provide six Xerox ColorQube 8570YN Laser Color 40PPM USB ENET 521MB TAA Compliant Printers for the Department of State Facility at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado in the amount of $3,207.42 to Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. This opportunity was competed among Federal Supply Schedule Contract Holders under Special Item Number 70/132 8 by RFQ629317. Unistar-Sparco provided the best value quote. The Name Brand Justification to support the use of only Xerox 8560N to fill this requirement is attached to this announcement. The Xerox 8560N Model was replaced with Model 8570YN, which was found as an acceptable substitute for this requirement. This award is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
