- The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) VA-797-11-RP-0193 under the competitive negotiated procedures for Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray. Please see the item and estimated annual usage listed below. The estimated annual usage includes Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DOD), Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and Indian Health Services (IHS). The contract period will be for the base year and two option years. The contract item will be distributed through VA and DOD respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendors. Award will be made in the aggregate for line item 1A for the base year and two options. To be considered for award, offerors are required to submit a proposal for the base year and two option periods. Proposals that fail to include prices for the base year and the two, one-year options on which an offer is made will be rejected and receive no further consideration. Products offered must be FDA compliant. Offerors shall provide a unique 11-digit NDC number for all items offered; the NDC number must be specific to the offering company and to the drug being supplied. Vendor must state the exact name (name that appears on label) by which the drug will be supplied. All canisters must be individually packaged in boxes. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325412. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available, and no telephone request for paper copies of the solicitation will be accepted.
