- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to National Law Enforcement Telecommunications (NLETS) located in Phoenix, AZ to the El Paso Intelligence Center for the annual renewal of online services for the period of October 1, 2011 - September 30, 2012. The proposed renewal purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with NLETS. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. This notice of intent is to not request for quotes. Responses must be submitted by 12:00pm eastern standard time, October 7, 2011 via email to John.C.Girard@usdoj.gov.
