- Description
- The scope of this work includes the rehabilitation for the following elevations of Building #2 as shown on the contract drawings. The work includes, but is not limited to, cast stone repairs at baluster, cornice, banding and cartouche including dowels and anchors as necessary to complete the work. 100% Repointing and cleaning of brick and cast stone. Flashing work located outside of parapet work as shown. Proper removal and disposal of hazardous materials. Incidental work shall include but not be limited to installation of bird fence, sealants and flashing. Facade rehabilitation of the front entry staircase and associated cast stone repairs at baluster, hand rails, treads, landings, risers including dowels and anchors as necessary to complete the work. Additional work includes removing and resetting caps and removal of PCB-contaminated masonry substrate.
