- GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for ONE National Stock Number (NSN) in the FSC 8030. The SPQ period will be DATE OF AWARD and the award period will not exceed one year. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin, Prepay and Add with a requested 30-day delivery or less. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, price and/or delivery. ITEM IS A BRAND NAME PRODUCT.
