- Modification PS07 was issued for this contract to add the following line item: A. Non-Recovery Funded: This modification is set in place for tenant improvements for the USACOE as a result of the ARRA project within tennat space. B. Contractor Statement of Release: The contractor hereby accepts the adjustments in the price and performance set forth in this Modification as the complete, equitable, and final adjustment as authorized herein, and agrees that the Government has no further liability whatsoever, directly or indirectly, in regard to any claims, known or unknown, including claims for delay and/or disruption, for any additional adjustments to the contract. C. In accordance with the tenant improvement proposal and scope of work, this modificaiton will add CLIN 0027-Upgrade the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers space on the second floor. D. The contract completion date will remain the same at 01/31/2013. Beginning Contract Value: $14,144,754.58 New Contract Value: 14,175,096.58 Modification PS08 was issued for this contract to add the following line item: A. Recovery Funded: This modification is set in place to clear the clogged drain line in the Wayne Aspinall Federal Building. B. Contractor Statement of Release: The contractor hereby accepts the adjustment in the price and performance set forth in this Modification as the complete, equitable, and final adjustment, as authorized herein, and agrees that the government has no further liability whatsoever, directly or indirectly, in regard to any claims, known or unknown, including claims for delay and/or disruption, for any addition adjustments to the contract. D. In accordance with the enhancement proposal and scope of work, this modification will add CLIN 0026- Water jetting the sewer lines for the swing space connections to remove existing clogs on the system. C. The contract completion date will remain the same at 01/31/2013. Beginning Contract value: 14,140,870.58 New Contract Value: 14,144,754.58
