- Modification PS06 was issued for this contract to adjust the following line items: A. RECOVERY FUNDED and NON RECOVERY FUNDED- This modification is set in place to upgrade tenant space and to improve fire life safety in the building. B. This modification will decrease CLIN 0020-PV Canopy/panels of 35 kw array by $17,231. C. This modification will add: CLIN 0023- Modify the existing tenant space of the courts, jury room and the probation office areas for $171,306.00. This CLIN will not be funded by ARRA. It will be funded by an RWA. CLIN 0024- Research and document a complete count of existing sprinkler heads and then replace them with sprinkler heads provided by GSA for $4,850.00, CLIN 0025-installing conduit runs between the basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor. Does not include hardware, just the basic conduit pull strings for $12,381.00. D. Contractor Statement of Release: The contractor heareby accepts the adjustment in the price and performance set forth in this Modification as the complete, equitable, and final adjustment as authorized herein, and agrees that the government has no further liability whatsoever, directly or indirectly, in regard to any claims, known or unknown, including claims for delay and/or disruption, for any additional adjustment to the contract. E. Contract Completion date shall remain at 01/31/2013. Beginning Contract Value: $13,969,564.58 New Contract Value:$14,140,870.58
