- Experience Questionnaire Wage Determination Solicitation Janitorial Services, USDA Forest Service, Entiat Ranger Station, Entiat, Washington. The purpose of this contract is to obtain Janitorial Services for the USDA Forest Service, Entiat Ranger Station located in Entiat, Chelan County, Washington. Work includes but is not limited to providing custodial services for four buildings totaling approximately 8,467 square feet of floor space. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract. Performance will be conducted in accordance with commercial standards. Services shall be performed two times a week between the hours of 1800 (6:00 p.m.) and 0600 (6:00 a.m.); one cleaning over the weekend or early Monday morning; a second cleaning Wednesday or Thursday night so as not to interfere with regular Government business hours. The NAICS code is 561720; Size Standard is $15.0 million. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-price contract with a base year and three option-year periods. The contract period, including the base year and the three option years if exercised, will be from approximately November 1, 2011 through September 30, 2015. This project is totally set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources meeting the small business size standard may submit an offer which will be considered.
