- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of monthly refueling and generator maintenance services for various sites in New Mexico and West Texas. Complete order is as follows: -- Supply fuel and maintenance for generators for 19 LPR trailers. -- Generators require refueling approximately 3 times per week and periodic scheduled maintenance as defined below: -- The refueling company will be required to refuel the generators with up to 30 gallons of gasoline every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or as necessary to keep the site locations generators running 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Gasoline must have octane level of 93 or above. -- Oil and oil filters should be changed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday using 10w30 oil. -- Air filters should be replaced with a clean filter every two weeks. -- Fuel filters (attached between the external fuel tanks and generator) should be replaced with a clean fuel filter every month or earlier if necessary depending on weather conditions. Full delivery of all items is requested to meet the delivery requirement (All or nothing). Quotes should include cost of freight shipping for all items. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to DTrans, LLC. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: -- 52.212-1 (June 2008), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items -- 52.212-3 (Aug. 2009), Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items -- 52.212-4 (June 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items -- 52.212-5 (July 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items -- 52.232-18 (Apr 1984), Availability of Funds The Government anticipates the award of a single firm-fixed-price purchase order based on price. Award will be subject to availability of funds. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted electronically to michael.m.manteuffel@usdoj.gov. All respondents will be considered by this agency. The deadline for questions is Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Quotes shall be submitted by Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
