- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2530-01-375-1483 being bought to source controlled drawing ( 19207) type number 12378682. The only approved source to this drawing is Spicer Axle (CAGE 1MVZ1) PN 673204. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a base year and 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation is unrestricted. Other than Full & Open Competition applies. The solicitation will be available on October 17, 2011 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. In order to obtain Technical Data, contractors can refer to the Tech Data tab at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. DLA Collaboration Folders (cFolders) https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/ This system contains Bidsets, Engineering Data Lists (EDLs) and digitized drawings for open BSM-DIBBS procurements after 10/01/2006. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Trade Agreements Act applies. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
