Proceed SE to Burhans Ave. Proceed NE on Burhans Ave. to Haledon Ave. Proceed SE on Haledon Ave. to Hopper St. Proceed NE on Hopper St. to River St. to 1st Ave to McLean Blvd. Follow McLean Blvd. to Crooks Ave. back to Hazel St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,056 Maximum Sq. Ft.
