Proceed SE to Burhans Ave. Proceed NE on Burhans Ave. to Haledon Ave. Proceed SE on Haledon Ave. to Hopper St. Proceed NE on Hopper St. to River St. to 1st Ave to McLean Blvd. Follow McLean Blvd. to Crooks Ave. back to Hazel St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,056 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,859 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative.
