Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101, this is a notice of intent to award a firm-fixed price sole source order to ACTION TARGET INC, P.O. BOX 636, PROVO, UT 84603-0636 for Action Target's Complete Line of Fire Target System and installation of said product. This purchase shall fall under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Action Targets Complete Line of Fire Target System is a Turn Key System. All pieces of equipment to operate the system are included in the cost of the system. In addition Action Target has included the cost of installation. Moreover, a site survey does not need to be completed prior to procurement of installation. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
