- Synopsis for a Test Acquisition Standing Price Quote Solicitation Solicitation QSDM-J6-113002-I is issued on 9/29/11. This is a not to exceed one year, standing price quote (SPQ) solicitation. SPQ will be Fixed Firm Price. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements procurement. This procurement will consist of one National Stock Number in 8010 Federal Supply Class (NSN 8010-01-558-3002). This is a Brand Name NSN and justification for other than full and open competition has been provided. The contract period will be 9/28/11 or date of award whichever is later through for a period not to exceed one year. This procurement is not set aside for small business concerns. See Item Purchase Description/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 60 days after receipt of order and FOB Destination. Offers will be evaluated based on a best value determination including the factors of price, delivery time, and past performance. PLEASE READ ALL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. Vendor response documents, including offers and any other required information, are due by 5:00 PM Central Time 10/04/11 to either tyler.sikes@gsa.gov or faxed to 816-926-3678.
