Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 effective 4 August 2011. The 502d contracting Squadron, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for 12 each 12-passenger vans as follows: 7 each 12 passenger van to support youth services from 1 Oct 2011 through 30 September 2012. There will be a need for an additional 5 each 12 passenger vans from 1 June 2012 through 30 September 2012. Quotes are being requested. This requirement is being solicited as "Unrestricted" to all qualified offerors. The NAICS code for this requirement is 532112, with a size standard of $25.5M dollars. Quotes must include unit and total price for 7 each, for the performance period of 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012, unit and total price for 5 each for the period of performance from 1 June 2012 through 30 September 2012. The total quote shall reflect a price of 12 each 12 passenger vans. The quote shall be structured as stated below, and quoted in flat rate terms. All quotes are due no later than Friday, 30 September 2011 at noon Central Standard Time.
