- Description
- The EXERCISE CONTROL FACILIY is a 160 square meter pre-engineered metal building, to be used as administrative office space to facilitate troop exercise missions at Thumrait Air Base, Oman. The facility shall connect to existing utilities that are within 70 meters from the project site. Contractor connect utilities based on distances stipulated and/or indicated on the contract drawings. OPTIONS: Option no. 1 - Flooring: use of terrazzo floor tile and base. Option no. 2 - Provide Aggregate base course parking for 4 vehicles. Work includes all other support work to produce a complete and usable facility.
